"Attending Lake Forest High School was one of the best decisions of my life. From the moment I walked through those doors, I felt like more than just a student — I felt like part of a community. The faculty genuinely cared about my growth, not just academically but as a person. My teachers were passionate and pushed me to think critically and take on challenges I never thought I could handle. The resources at LFHS are truly outstanding — from the state-of-the-art facilities to the incredible range of AP courses, athletics, and extracurricular programs, there was always something to get involved in. I was part of the theater program and also participated in community service initiatives that shaped who I am today. What I appreciate most, looking back, is how well LFHS prepared me for college and beyond. Over 95% of students go on to higher education, and I understood why the moment I stepped onto a college campus — I was ahead of the curve. The support systems, from social workers to counselors, made sure no student was left behind. If you're looking for a school that challenges you, supports you, and celebrates you, LFHS is it. Go Scouts!"
