Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Dear Parents and Guardians,

You are cordially invited to attend the Parent-Teacher Conference scheduled for Saturday, January 20, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

This conference is an important opportunity for parents and teachers to discuss student progress, address concerns, and collaborate on strategies to support student learning and development.

Schedule:
• 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Grades 7-9
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Grades 10-12
• 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Individual consultations (by appointment)

What to Expect:
• Review of student academic performance
• Discussion of behavioral observations
• Feedback on student strengths and areas for improvement
• Recommendations for supporting learning at home

Pre-registration is encouraged to avoid long waiting times. Please contact your child's adviser or visit the school office to schedule your appointment.
